These normally take place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7 pm in the Magi Room at St. Helen's Church, Welton. Dates may be adjusted to take account of Bank Holidays, and sometimes circumstances require additional meetings. The Parish Council is a statutory consultee for planning applications and these are considered at the monthly Parish Council meeting.
